Man I really dropped the ball on this blog - sorry guys! Instagram has replaced tumblr (how embarassing). This was our anniversary dinner in October - 1 course for each year we’ve been together.
1st: Roasted endive salad with balsamic reduction
2nd: Charcuterie board
3rd (main): Beef wellington with roasted root veg
4th: Cheese coarse - truffle cheese, rosemary goats cheese, guiness cheese, super creamy brie cheese, pears, red pepper jelly, grapes, blackberries and pomegranate
5th (dessert): hazelnut cake/brownie, chocolate coffee mousse and hazelnut brittle

BBQ Dinner: Zucchini, potatoes, squid, crab and bruschetta-topped mushrooms
Patio 3-course mea (hence why dessert is badly lit)l: Brussel sprout & pancetta panzanella, fettuccine carbonara, peanut butter semi freddo with nutella panna cotta
Korean BBQ: Shrimp, chicken, steak; avocado sushi, pickled veg and sesame spinach… also, fancy drank
